Sciatica Alternative Remedies / First a Little Background

So what really helps in the way of sciatica alternative remedies?
A Two-Prong Approach:
Begin nerve healing foundation work with the following nutrients:
- Comprehensive multi (Natrol My Favorite Multi without Iron capsules
, or a comprehensive multi from Swanson’s). Follow instructions on label. Use to correct mineral and vitamin deficiencies that lead to adrenal exhaustion and hyperactive nerves.
- Take 500 mg. of Magnesium Citrate
daily (the nerve mineral)
- DLPA (DL Phenylalanine)
500-750 mg. for pain & endorphin production
- Vitamin B Complex
for correct nerve transmissions and nerve repair
- Histidine is an amino acid that protects the insulation coating of nerves (myelin sheath). Follow instructions on the label and take one amino acid complex each day for no more than one month at time. Rest the second month and resume again if needed. Alternate months and avoid abuse.
- Follow instructions on all labels
Auriculotherapy is a complex form of acupuncture that is used in spinal injury clinics, drug rehab centers, burn centers, and centers that specialize in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Since auriculotherapy is difficult to learn, choose a skilled therapist with at least five years of experience to gain real benefit.
